RETURN POLICY
Product Return
We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or resizing as all our items are only printed after an order has been placed, but if a filling error has occurred or the product is damaged in transit the customer does not have to send the product back as we take full responsibility by providing reshipment/ Free return after further inspection, but if you would like to send back to us you can send to the return address mentioned on the packaging or on the packing slip.
*There are no returns on face masks, underwear, etc. Not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Any complaint regarding a wrong/defective item must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Complaints considered to be a mistake on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please contact us on the website or at email: david.bitau.designs@gmail.com
Shipments
*Attention!, in order for us to deliver your order, please be careful and double check that you have added the correct address, write your correct order details in English.
If a mistake was made in writing the address as a undeliverable address, we will notify you of a change of address 2-5 days after the order.
If the order details are sendable but they are not yours, you are responsible and the product will be returned to us.
If the delivery address is correct and the order has not yet arrived, we will find a solution for you. We usually cover the costs of the new product and the shipping of replacement orders.

Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected place at the customer's address, so it's worth checking them
We do not cover returns due to supplier errors.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is our delivery time forecast. Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time
Our average order fulfillment takes 2-5 business days for all production techniques.
We take into account current order volume and our fulfillment ability when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate an estimated delivery time based on our historical delivery data for deliveries to your region or sales area.
But the estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order may arrive late.
● Problems with print or embroidery files
● Products are out of stock
● Delivery-related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
However, we work hard to meet our shipping estimates with every order.
If your order has not arrived on the estimated delivery date, please wait a little longer. After 5 business days have passed from the estimated date, contact us via email or chat, and we will check.
