  • What countries do you ship to?
    We ship to most of the world. We do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier restrictions The list of restricted countries may change depending on events in the world, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus Gaza Strip region in Palestine Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North Korea Note that Russia's war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine In addition, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily do not offer international shipping due to circumstances such as natural disasters and other service disruptions.
  • Will I receive my shipment in one shipment?
    No, not always. We may split an order into several shipments for the following reasons: Product packaging. Some of our products are individually wrapped to protect their shape and provide extra cushioning and durability.   • How long does it take for the package to reach me?
    The package usually arrives within a week or two, but sometimes orders may be delayed due to logistical congestion, postal strikes, holidays or weather, etc. If the package has not arrived, notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Is the quality of the products good?
    All products on the site are high quality premium products.
  • Are the designs your originals?
    Yes, all designs on the site are creations with my brand
  • Are the brands on the site They are original?
    Yes, all the brands on the site are original from the company combined with my designs
  • What should I do if the delivery time has passed and I still haven't received my order?
    If you still haven't received your order, contact us via WhatsApp or email: david.bitau.designs@gmail.com ,Notify us of your delayed shipment if you have displayed an order number and we will check the latest shipping estimates for your location.
  • What if the product is damaged in the mail?
    If something arrives damaged, send a picture of the damaged goods to david.bitau.designs@gmail.com or on WhatsApp and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
  • To which address do I return a wrong product?
    For a wrong item, the item can be returned to the return address mentioned on the packaging and in the packing slip
  • Will I be charged customs?
    You may have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. Customs fees may vary depending on order value, country restrictions, etc.
  • What if my address is wrong?
    If the address is wrong, you are responsible and the product will be returned to us. Please write the correct address where you want it to be sent.
